To save storage space, we did not pack texture maps in the .blend file. If you haven’t set the correct texture map paths, the model will lose textures and appear pink. Please refer to the Documentation for instructions on how to set the texture path.

It depends on your payment method. Our website offers two payment options: Paypal and Paddle.

  • Paypal: Your invoice is generated by our website. Typically, it is sent along with the product download email. Alternatively, you can also log in to the https://maxtree.org/my-account/orders/ page to find the invoice for your order.
  • Paddle: For users who purchase through Paddle, invoices are handled by Paddle. Paddle typically automatically sends the invoice to your email after the order is completed.

You can upgrade to any format anytime with only pay the different price. Please contact us if you want upgrade.

Purchased products are non-refundable unless specifically stated:

  • You do not download any file after purchase, we can refund you directly.
  • You can’t use our product under specific software/plugin environment also we can’t solve this.
